Volunteers Are the Heartbeat of Our Mission

At the Life Center of Long Island, volunteers are central to fulfilling our mission of offering compassionate, confidential, and free support to individuals and families facing unplanned pregnancies.

Help Support Our Community

Join a community of more than 100+ dedicated volunteers — including medical professionals, legal advisors, therapists, educators, and caring individuals from all walks of life. Volunteers serve in many meaningful ways: providing in-person and hotline support, mentoring clients, and offering compassionate guidance.

Others support our mission behind the scenes by collecting, sorting, and distributing donations; preparing baby furniture; maintaining our centers; and assisting with administrative needs. Volunteers also help extend our reach by speaking at baby bottle campaign at churches, benefit baby showers, and community events.

Whatever your skills or availability, there is a place for you at the
Life Center of Long Island
and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
